"Among many of the social changes that have occurred since the World Trade Center Disaster, included is the immense unity that our nation has undergone. The tragedy that took place has united our nation more than ever and as a result the national crime focuss has now turned to a different aspect. The violence that once destroyed our nation is now turning outward and focussing on international terrorists, increasing violence against ethnic minorities. "
